Jonathan has been involved in various parts of the real estate industry over 10 years. His career began in the Title, Escrow, and closing service aspect of the business. Later he helped clients acquire their homes through the mortgage aspect of the business as a Loan Officer. Now he helps people buy and sell homes as a real estate consultant with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

Having had an opportunity to work in the various areas of the industry gives Jonathan a unique and well-rounded perspective of the process of buying and selling real estate. This knowledge allows him to be a resource to his clients, and guide and educate them in the process of the real estate transaction.

Working primarily by referral allows Jonathan to focus his time and energy on serving his client’s needs and really delivering value and a high service level, resulting in the building a long-lasting relationship not just for the length of the transaction, but for life.
