She grew up in a family that regularly bought and renovated homes, honing a keen eye for design and spotting the unique potential in a space. As a mother of two, she is always mindful of how homes need to evolve to accommodate the families she represents.
Representing buyers and sellers across San Fernando Valley, West Los Angeles and the Greater L.A. region, Jonnelle has a passion for equestrian properties and homes in need of renovation. A graduate of UC Davis in Animal Sciences and Biology, her prior experience includes being a production manager for television commercials and Executive Producer of a creative agency, experience that requires quick thinking, a calm demeanor and excellent communication—skills that transfer seamlessly to real estate. Committed to philanthropic causes, she donates 5% of her income each year to a variety of community organizations, including shelters, school programs, food drives and animal welfare programs. When not touring real estate with her clients, she loves spending time with her family, exploring the city, horseback riding, traveling, hiking and skiing.
