Jordan Concepcion is a Senior Vice President of Apartment Realty Group (ARG). He specializes in advising multi-family owners on the buying, holding, exchanging, or selling of their properties in San Diego County. In addition, he uses up-to-date technology and data to stay current in today’s ever-changing real estate marketplace. Jordan has a strong understanding of listening to each client’s particular investment situation and executing a plan that best suits that client’s needs.

In addition, Jordan has an extensive background as a Principal in multi-family properties, in which he has purchased, renovated, leased, and managed his own properties. This unique experience allows him to provide a Principal-sided perspective when dealing with clients. His goal is simple: to help each client build and retain their wealth with savvy investment strategies.

Jordan Concepcion started his Commercial Real Estate career in 2013 and has been one of the Top Producing Commercial Agents on the Top Producing Commercial Team for multiple years, along with receiving many other distinguished industry accolades. He was also awarded SDAR’s prestigious Real Estate Circle of Excellence, given to the top producers in San Diego County.

Jordan is a San Diego native, born and raised in South County. He attended San Diego State University, where he obtained a Degree in Political Science, and earned his MBA at National University while working full-time as a Broker. In his free time, Jordan enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, cycling, cooking, and playing guitar.
