You definitely want Jordan in your corner. He’s personable and professional, and he goes above and beyond to make you feel supported. I have no doubt my husband and I are just one of his many current clients; however, you’d never know it. He’s proactive in his communication, thorough in his approach, and thoughtful in his delivery. My husband and I are *almost* disappointed we won’t be seeing more of Jordan. On our second bid, we found our forever home.

Jordan has connections to a great network of individuals who will champion your success. Although we were not the highest bid, Jordan, along with his recommended mortgage lender, made the deal happen for us in a matter of weeks.

My husband and I may have found our first home, but should we ever expand our horizons, there’s no doubt Jordan will be involved in that process. I think he’s stuck with us!

When my wife and I decided to buy our first house we didn't know where to start. We asked family and friends for realtor recommendations. After emailing a few, Jordan was the first to respond and set up a phone call for later that same day. Since this was our first home we had a lot of questions. Jordan was great with answering every single one, even the silly ones. He asked us questions to get a better idea of what we were looking for. We met with him at his office later that week to go over the home buying process. It was great to hear and see the step by step process of buying our first home. Whenever there was a house we wanted to look at he was always immediately on it to set up a showing for us. During every showing he asked what we liked and what we didn't like and helped us navigate exactly what we wanted. The day we found our house, we were scheduled to look at a different house but our showing was canceled a few hours before our appointment. Jordan worked his magic and was able to get another showing scheduled at a different house we were interested in, which was reviewing offers in a matter of hours. The moment we walked in the house we knew we wanted it. With offers being reviewed in 3 hours, we had to act fast. Thanks to all of Jordan’s hard work and preparation with us before we understood the options we had to structure our offer to make it more appealing outside of just increasing our dollar amount. Our offer was accepted even though we were not the highest! We have been in our house for a few months now and Jordan still checks in with us and offers to answer any questions we may have. We just completed a very successful sale of our home with Jordan Stupey. This was the first time we have sold a home and we were eager to learn as much as we could about the process. Jordan was exceptionally informative and patient with us through the process.
From the outset, he helped us review the current state of the home, gave insights for potential updates we could make if we wanted to try for a higher selling point, and told us about updates we could make to be proactive for inspection. We were able to weigh the pros and cons with confidence, of all the updates we decided to make.
When it came time to decide amongst the multiple offers we received, his acumen for assessing the various terms was instrumental in deciding which was the best offer for us.
His communication is unparalleled. He is very proactive in his communication, sets the path for what we should expect next, and responded to all our inquiries very quickly.
He has surrounded himself with an amazing team as well, both in the Windermere North office, and with the sub-contractors he recommended to complete certain tasks around the home. The final staging was beautiful. Friends and family could not believe it was the same home!
We were not the first to use him in our family, and we won’t be the last. We look forward to partnering with Jordan again in the future.

Jordan helped us find a home in Edmonds, and we closed last week. I would like to echo the sentiments of the other reviewers here: Jordan is an awesome realtor!

Our home search was a long one as we were overseas most of the time and not completely sure in what part of the Seattle area we wanted to live and when exactly we would be moving. Jordan was patient and thorough throughout the entire process, taking time to meet with us when we were in town and keeping us abreast of new listings while we were away. He was never pushy and always honest in pointing out not just the pluses but also the minuses of all the homes we viewed.

Once we settled on a home, Jordan did a great job arranging for the inspection and negotiating the contract to ensure that a few potentially significant items were addressed by the sellers. Even after the close, Jordan was there for us and has put us in touch with service providers from his wide network of contracts such as a gardener whom we feel we can trust.

I would recommend Jordan without hesitation to anyone who is looking to purchase a home in the area.

Jordan was amazing and made our first time homebuyer experience feel like a cakewalk. He was on top of every single issue that would come up and would solve it promptly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. Being a first time home buyer, I was nervous and full of questions, and Jordan was always calm, quick to respond, and able to answer my questions with reassurance. We had a very good experience working with Jordan. We were always able to get in contact with him. He always kept us informed of how the process of selling our home was going. Even on weeks when there was nothing expected to be happening, he would tell us not to expect to hear anything, so not to worry. Jordan would always take on our concerns. Jordan was absolutely invaluable to us as we endeavored to purchase our first home. From our first virtual meeting he took the time to explain the process, walk us through all the paperwork we would eventually be doing (page-by-page at our request!), and answer all our questions with the utmost transparency (and continued to answer them again and again when we'd fail to absorb it all). He was knowledgeable, patient, super punctual/responsive, and FUN to work with. We saw at least a dozen homes around Seattle, as was our plan, and it was during our sixth or seventh tour when Jordan asked my partner and I if we would be comfortable having our future children in a bedroom on a different floor that I realized he really had our best interest at heart. Not having known us for very long, that could have been an uncomfortable question (my partner and I are not yet married and are not certain we want kids), but I so appreciated his tact and willingness to take the risk to be sure we were visualizing all our potential futures in the space. It convinced me that he was fully invested in our best possible outcome and he was looking out for us! Later in our search when we totally pulled the rug out from under Jordan's carefully laid Seattle-area search and asked him to show us two places across Puget Sound in Kingston, he didn't even flinch - haha! We fell in love with one of the places and he quickly worked on our behalf to write a competitive offer for submittal in less than 12 hrs. The market has been crazy so we had emotionally prepared to lose to an all cash offer, but were delighted to receive Jordan's call later that afternoon telling us we got the house! After that he worked quickly behind the scenes to coordinate the details and we closed on the home in record time (3 weeks!) blowing the minds of all parties involved. A week or so after our offer was accepted we were frantically strategizing how to pack up our apartment when a package arrived at our door - a shipment of moving boxes, tape dispensers, and color coded tape from none other than Jordan - exactly in the nick of time. I don't think I'll be able to put into words how glad we are that we chose to work with Jordan, or how much thought and care he put into giving us the best experience possible. It's now two weeks since we moved in and we are so happy in our new home. We couldn't have selected a better partner to help us get here. We wholeheartedly recommend Jordan to all seeking to buy or sell a home in the Seattle area and will absolutely come knocking when it's time for our next purchase. Thank you, Jordan!

Jordan helped us sell our home in Bothell in the midst of COVID19. To say there were challenges and uncharted experiences is an understatement. Jordan provided calm guidance, did an amazing job marketing our home through electronic and digital means. When shelter in place orders stopped open houses and there was no activity, rather than suggest lowering our asking price, he suggested taking the house temporarily off the market. When we relisted 3 weeks later, we sold in 3 days less than 1% off asking price.
He kept us totally up to date on the process until everything closed and we received our funds.
I highly recommend Jordan to represent you on either the buy or the sell side of your house transaction. You won’t do any better anywhere.

Man, where do I start?

If you are looking to buy or sell your home in the Greater Seattle area, Jordan Stupey is your guy. I'm an insurance agent by trade and I work with dozens of agents on a consistent basis.

My wife and I used Jordan for the purchase and sale of our Kirkland and Newcastle homes, and we definitely made the right choice in hiring Jordan to represent us on both ends. He's first class all the way around.

We were looking for our forever home and had been for nearly a year, then we met Jordan. Golf ties brought us together but Jordan’s personality sealed the deal.

Jordan had us each make a must have list, and dial in our top 3. The must have list made it easier to rule out what we wouldn’t accept. We put in a few offers that we didn’t get, those homes were missing at least 1 of our top 3 must haves. Then Jordan called us to tell us about a home coming on the market. Jordan brought us to view it and we made an offer, that was accepted.

Jordan guided us every step of the way to be sure we had everything done timely, which made closing in 15 days possible. What a wonderful Valentine’s Day! Thank you Jordan for helping us purchase our forever home.
