Working with Jose was an amazing experience. He was effective and efficient. He understood our needs and and wants and we found the house we wanted fairly quickly and way within budget. Jose made it his duty to ensure we got the best bang for our buck, in addition incorporating a series of concessions and updates in our favor. He also went above and beyond to source contractors, lawn care and provided insurance quotes to ease our load. Jose is the best realtor hands down. This was my first time buying a home. Going into the process I knew nothing. He walked me though every step of the process. He was very patient and informative. He provided us with several options of homes that fit our requests. Until the perfect house came along. The first house we put a offer on, he secured the offer, out bidding 20+ other offers in this insane market. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He was always available and highly productive to move the process along fast. When we had any issues with the sellers, he could confidently handle any negotiations with their realtor. Jose Castro is a true professional and expert in the real estate field. After working with a few other agents, it was clear that Jose was by far one of the most easy, knowledgeable and reliable agents. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions, and Jose was always available to answer all our questions, walk us through the entire process and keep us grounded, relaxed and patient.

Jose fought for us and genuinely cared about our experience. He set proper expectations and provided different options and ideas for each home we were interested in. Jose always showed up on time with a great attitude, willingness to help and honest opinion. He was a gentleman and a professional in every sense of the word.
