Jose Magadan Jr.

Jose Magadan Jr. is a real estate broker-associate with AARE in San Diego, California. As a graduate from San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a real estate emphasis in 2008, he ventured into the world of commercial real estate and real estate investments working under a senior adviser for nationally recognized Marcus & Millichap. Having received top notch training from top producing sales brokers and managers, his expertise lies on investment analytics, sales, dispositions, trade-ups, and trade-downs in the multi-family, office, and industrial sectors.

Jose specializes in negotiating top-dollar for his clients as well as preserving and creating wealth among them. After six years at Berkshire Hathaway California Properties, and in order to advance his career under an ever-changing market, he decided to join AARE with the sole purpose of learning and diving into various other product types. Jose now offers a wider variety of services under this new venture of his, including residential and multi-family property management, leasing, business sales, along with the already aforementioned experience in residential and commercial sales.
