I don't even know where to begin to express my praise for Mr. Jose Ruano. I found myself needing an agent to help with the sale of a deceased friend's home whose estate I was in charge of. To be honest, I never cared for real estate agents in the past. Very bad experiences; however, this time I hit the jackpot! Mr. Ruano restored my faith.
