I recently had the pleasure of working with Jose Santos from K Fortunalighthouse realty when I was in the market to sell my house. Within just a week of listing my house, Jose informed me that he had received an offer. I was amazed at how quickly he was able to generate interest and find a potential buyer. His professionalism and dedication to his work were evident throughout the entire process.

I usually do not write reviews, however, it’s very important to put it out there that if someone needs an individual to help in answering any questions, concerns, especially for a first time home buyer’s, and that has patience through the process, advocates, as well as, having respect Jose is the absolute individual to go to. We’ve been through a couple of real estate individuals and by far Jose clearly communicated everything throughout the process from start to end and advised on recommendations in a professional and honest manner. Our situation took over 1 year and Jose stuck by us through the challenges.
