We believe a successful real estate transaction begins long before a buyer and seller agree on price and terms. A recent Co-owner of two Real Estate Brokerages, Joe has trained hundreds of successful Realtors and is recognized for his wealth of knowledge and expertise. As a community leader, Joe is President Emeritus of the Canoga Park / West Hills Chamber of Commerce, former Board of Directors Member Canoga Park Neighborhood Council, West Valley LAPD Boosters, LAPD Topanga Boosters, and the LAPD Jeopardy Youth at Risk Program. Most recently, Joe has served the Board Chairman for the Valley Cultural Foundation.

Joe is also the founder and President of the Walk of Hearts® Foundation, a teacher recognition program establishing a walk of fame for local teachers nominated by their students, parents, and peers. Nationally recognized, The Walk of Hearts® Foundation has honored over 75 exceptional educators and has provided thousands of dollars in student scholarships.

A native Californian, Katie grew up in the San Fernando Valley and brings over 25 years in management and leadership experience in Communications and Financial. Services focused on Client Services and Technology Operations. Katie is a long-term member of the Rotary Club of Woodland Hills, former Board of Directors Member Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, YMCA, and Haven Hills. Katie also serves as the Executive Director of the Walk of Hearts Foundation.
