The founder of MaxVal Real Estate is Joseph L. Austin, a real estate professional with extensive knowledge and real world practice.  Joseph’s experience includes all major property types and totaling close to a billion dollars.

Joseph earned a BS in business management and finance from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University; he is a licensed broker in Washington and Idaho, is a candidate member for the CPM designation and holds the distinguished CCIM accreditation.
