Joe and Mary Lou have come through for us for a second time! Three years ago in the midst of the COVID crisis, Joe and Mary Lou helped us find a beautiful home in Virginia Beach and helped us get it for a great price. This spring, they sold our home and put a huge profit in our pocket! The market in 2023 is really tricky on all sides. the Camardas expertly listed our home at just the right price, had it beautifully photographed and then managed a very hectic weekend of showings and offers! Once all the offers were compiled (we had 6!) Joe walked us through each one and gave us some really sound advice on how to proceed. The closing went through without a hitch thanks to Joe and Mary Lou for handling all the details. I would absolutely recommend the Camardas for any real estate transaction in the Hampton Roads area. We might be back in the area in the next few years and I am already certain we will be using their services again!

Joe did a great job helping me purchase my first home. He was very responsive and attentive. He went out of his way to get tours scheduled, home repairs completed and a closing day that worked perfectly. He was able to help me and my puppy find our forever home, we would not be here without him!
