Buying͏ or selling working with Joseph is a superb experience!!
Having͏ worked with him on multiple occasions, he definitely takes the time to listen to his clients provide them exactly what their looking for in a home. Joseph goes the extra mile in promoting your property and hands down makes you feel like you’re the most important client he has. No matter if I’m buying or selling in the future I’m definitely going with Joseph. He’s definitely in tune with my wants and needs.. every single time.

Hands͏ down the best realtor ever!
Building͏ a custom home is so much more involved than buying an existing home on the market. Joseph searched and search for a home for us, but we just couldn't find anything that we liked. So, Joseph found a lot in the perfect location (near where we wanted to be), and got in touch with the custom home builder that had purchased the lot. We would not have been able to do this without Joseph. He has done all the communication with the architect, builder and lender. And when our lender was unresponsive, Joseph stepped in. He really did the job our lender was supposed to be doing. His communication skills are top notch, and he gets into every detail. He has gone over and above any other realtor I have ever worked with. I highly recommend Joseph to anyone looking for a realtor for buying or selling.

Joseph was a delight to work with. Moving form NC to FL is stressful enough but trying to find a house in this market escalated the anxiety. Joseph went out of his way to video tours for me, he was honest about the shape of the house, how many repairs would need to be done and if he thought it was right for me. His professionalism and knowledge is hands down the best experience I've had buying a home. I will definitely be his number one reference for any future buyers.
