Joseph Girmonde

Originally from central New York, Joe Girmonde came to Arizona in 2003 to join the ranks of thousands of Sun Devils at Arizona State University. After graduating in 2007 with a degree in business administration, he faced a decision between two promising career paths: to work for his father in Arizona or to work for his grandfather in New York. He boldly moved and decided to carve his path instead of working for himself. In 2008, he started his real estate team, the Valley Dream Team. He began harnessing his experience and knowledge to become the ultimate resource for hardworking people and families searching for their next home.

Joe has garnered extensive knowledge in commercial real estate, investments, short sales, and guiding residential sellers and buyers. Today, the Valley Dream Team and it's over sixty agents have helped more than 2,000 families buy and sell their homes. Valley Dream Team is headquartered in Phoenix, AZ, and has gained a physical presence in California, Washington, and Texas. Plans include expanding to Florida, Utah, and New York, where Joe's east coast roots hold firm. With a vast referral network, the team can service families nationwide.

As president of Valley Dream Team, Joe continues to oversee operations.
