We worked with Joe for our new home purchase. He was absolutely the best Relator I have ever worked with. He will be with you at every step. We felt like we were his only clients. That's how responsive he was in answering questions and getting back to use. There was a night and day difference between other Relator's I have used in the past. It was apparent from our first meeting with Joe that he was a good fit for my wife and I to work with to find our new home. He is knowledgeable about the area and listened to our wants and needs. Since we were relocating from out of state we needed someone that could find us properties to look at online and then travel to see the best available. He was very helpful during the entire process and ultimately was able to help us purchase a house we really wanted. I met Joe through a friend. I had a house In west Phoenix. I told him I had an offer from an investment company who offered me $450k... Joe was honest and informed me that I should accept the offer. He explained that dynamics of real-estate in Phoenix and said he MIGHT get me close but there was no guarantees. At the time, my father had just passed away and I had to take care of my 75 year old mother. Joe did not know this. He stated my best option was to accept the offer. Acting on Joe's advice, I accepted the offer and close within 2 weeks and moved to North Carolina to take care of my ailing mother. Without Joe's advice, I would have had to wait longer than expected. Not only did his advice get me more money, more importantly; he got me valuable time with my family. I'm forever in his debt!

Relocating at the top of the market was not an easy task. Joseph Laney was very professional as well as personal…our stresses were high as all our criteria needed to be met. ANYTIME there was a house we wanted to see Joe moved FAST as houses were flying off the market. He listened to our needs and found us a home that was perfect for us and our family. It was a pleasure to have Joe as my realtor, he is a true asset to your organization. This was my first property purchase and Joe was always available, responsive and well informed. I was renting from the owner, but owner was open to selling. Joe was the realtor for both parties. I found him to be objective and upfront. He was very thorough in explaining and reiterating the process throughout this experience.He was very resourceful in finding me contacts for lenders, insurance, repair ppl, HVAC; etc. I will definitely keep him as a contact for the future. I also wanted to say that submitting signatures electronically was very efficient. The website was very easy to navigate and access. Joe was phenomenal- hands down the best realtor I've worked with or even ever heard of. I started working with Joe two years before moving to Phoenix! We talked about my potential move and areas long before we even moved. He kept in touch in a kind and not at all pushy way, seeing if there was anything he could do.

When we did move, he went above and beyond. He not only got us showings at the first available time, but when we did want to make an offer, he did a lot of research as to comps in the area, how much our house would realistically go up in value, etc. In a time when houses in the area are moving way above asking price, he got us our dream home with a price that not only we felt comfortable with, but one that was competitive, but not much over asking price.

He gave us recommendations for work we wanted to have done and even met with them before we closed so we could schedule them early. He was always super responsive, gave great advice and was super knowledgable about the area and the market.

We couldn't leave Joe without sending him more business, so now my parents are working with him since they are moving to the Gilbert area too.THANK YOU JOE. You were such a pleasure to work with, and if we ever sell or move from our new dream house to another one, you will 100% be the realtor we ask to help us sell our house and buy our next one.

A-1 realtor! I found him in the Phoenix Relocation Magazine we requested via City of Phoenix web site. Joseph was very attentive to my needs, with wonderful listening skills. I never had to repeat a request, or question. He was always in touch via voice, text and emails. Originally, we flew down to meet him, and to look at a few houses.

Joseph knowledge of Phoenix and surrounding areas is extensive. He even knows the bad areas and offer caution.

He had contacts in all areas of my needs, from pool people to home ins. to cleaning companies. He even introduced me to a home mortgage lender that I loved! He and Kyle at Nova home loans are a great team. They made my house buying a breeze! I would recommend these guys to anyone.

It's hard to find a realtor who is down-to-earth and has your best interest at heart. However, Joseph Laney is that Realtor! I was incredibly impressed by his in-depth knowledge of the market and how personal he was. He treats you like you are his one and only client. Emails and phone calls were always answered very quickly. Even if you are not quite ready to sell or buy, Joseph has a wealth of information about the process and is willing to share it with you. He took the time to walk me through market analysis in my current area and also the areas I am looking to move to. He also gave me a list of items to complete so that my home would look its best when trying to sell. It really means a lot that he spent his time doing this for me. It was very clear when working with Joseph that he strives to give the highest level of client service.
