Joseph Lightfoot

Joe Lightfoot began his career in the construction trades, earning his General Contractor’s license at age 24 soon after buying his first income property.

After almost 20 years as a landlord and building contractor – for both prominent architects and regular folk – Joe teamed up with his wife, Joanne, in 1998 to build her already-successful real estate practice into one of the most productive teams in Silver Lake and Echo Park. Joe’s passion is helping people solve problems, whether that’s finding the right place to call home, or navigating the complexities of owning income-producing property.

Joe loves spending time with his wife and his grandson, geeking out on economics and philosophy, and exploring the hidden recesses of Griffith Park.
