Joseph Lumpkin

Joe Lumpkin has been in the real estate industry for 18 years, from title and escrow to property management and real estate sales/leasing. Respect and a win-win attitude help his clients know and trust that they are in good hands. His insight and innovative perspective help clients make informed decisions regarding market conditions, site analysis, financial analysis, and assistance with dissecting critical information relating to every transaction's unique challenges. Joe attended the University of Alaska Anchorage as an economics major before seizing his passion for real estate sales. In 2013, he co-founded Regal North Commercial with his business partner and now wife, Ryan Mae Lucas, to enhance entrepreneurial progress in the local business community. With a specialty in representing business owners as Tenants or Buyers, the focus is to encourage a smooth transaction by showcasing the entire market inventory with a step-by-step process. Joe has also been serving on the board of the Anchorage Downtown Partnership since 2017.

His goal is to build a business network that will enhance real estate sales and leasing and assist his clients in achieving success in their ventures. In 2023, Regal North Commercial merged with a worldwide brokerage, Keller Williams, to implement the commercial division in Alaska. This opportunity will expose Alaska to an investor and business network worldwide.
