We recently moved to Charlotte NC for my husbands work. During our first visit I we called a few local realtors to see if anyone could help give us recommendations etc. Most of the offices did not answer, but Allen Tate let us know they would connect us and we would hear back shortly. Luckily! We were connected with Joseph.

Right away he gave us dozens of recommendations for food, activities, and places to see for our primary visit. He then readjusted his schedule in order to show us a few sample houses in our budget. He made sure to make us feel comfortable and informed without ever pressuring us into purchasing or making rushes decisions. .

Throughout every step of the journey he was efficient, responsive, and quick to change directions as we changed our minds frequently. We certainly out him through a lot, as we had to buy the house in a week. 🤪

I would highly recommend Joseph to first time home buyers because he is patient, kind, understanding, and calm (this was key because we had two young boys in tow throughout our time looking at houses). He even checked on our home frequently because we relocated from CA and it took some time to make it to the East Coast. At one point, he went as far as to bring in boxes for us during a Hurricane!! 😅🥵

Joseph will be attentive to your needs, work hard to accommodate your budget. He is now a good friend, ana we are really glad we found such a good realtor to support us through our crazy big life change. 👍👍👍

Joseph is an awesome co-worker! His enthusiasm is contagious. He throws himself 1000% into everything thing he does. He thinks outside the box and is a great communicator. He is tenacious, hard-working, truthful, and fun to be around. Joseph is an all-around great guy!

Joseph Smallbone became my realtor in 2018. I should had purchased 10 homes by then, I was searching for a while. My 1st. Impression of him was he was very professional & he did his homework regarding properties, & geographically. He told me how he operates & what his goal was for being my realtor. Joseph paid detail attention to my wants, needs & what was important to me. He believed in me, and help me conquer homeownership. I was very blessed to have him as realtor. No matter where you are located, he has a wonderful team that can help out in other states if needed.

Joseph was great from the very start! In early 2020 we had a unique house to sell in the busy and fast moving Charlotte market. Joseph took the challenge on like a champ! Amongst all the new and unknowns that came with COVID-19, and the challenges with selling our home, he was always on top of communicating. He presented options in unfamiliar territory, and he made sure we were taken care of all the way through closing. Our experience with Joseph was amazing. If you want a realtor that will go the extra mile for your family AND communicate the entire process, he's your guy! Thank you again, Joseph!
