Joseph Trotochau, a native Californian, has resided in Thousand Oaks since 2004, and his daughter, Ashley, who attends school in the award-winning Conejo School District.
Joseph served in the U.S. Navy for five years, and later served in the Hospitality industry in all aspects of management for over twelve years at such renowned hotels as the Le Meridian in Newport Beach/Sutton Place, J.W. Marriott Hotel/Park Hyatt in Century City, the Mondrian in West Hollywood, and The Regent Beverly Wilshire/Four Seasons in Beverly Hills. Joseph went on to work in the automotive industry for ten years, and held the position of Sales Manager at one of the top-selling Lexus dealerships in the United States, breaking sales records throughout the country.
Inspired by his father who has been a prominent real estate broker and company owner for forty-five years, Joseph has been active in the Real Estate industry in California for the past two years, and currently working for one of the top real estate companies in Ventura County. Drawn to the Conejo Valley, nestled between Malibu and Santa Barbara and known for its beautiful landscape, sense of community, and excellent public schools, Joseph loves working to help people accomplish their goal of finding the home they desire in one of the top-rated cities in America.
