If you are thinking about selling and or buying a home, Josh Bellinger and his team are the go to team. We had or home on the market by five different realtors and none of them could sale or home. We ask Josh to visit our home and give us an assessment on what we needed to do to sale. Long story short, approximately three months later it was sold. Not only did he sell that home, but he put us in contact with a realtor in NC, where we relocated to, and was able to close on a house in record time. Josh goes above and beyond the call of duty to make things happen. He's a straight shooter.

My husband and I decided to pursue our journey of purchasing our first home together after inadvertently running into Josh in an unplanned Open House. We had no intent of purchasing in WA state, but after engaging in conversation with Josh, we felt comfortable opening up to him about our plans moving out of state. Shortly thereafter, we decided that the time was now and we wanted Josh to represent us. He offered to take us to see the home that we initially wanted to see although his work day came to an end. If we had not entered the wrong address in the GPS, we would have never met Josh and be where we are today.

We felt comfortable asking questions and seeking Josh’s guidance throughout the entire process and never felt mislead. He is personable, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I highly recommend working with Josh and his cohorts. They are a team of rockstars.

There are so many good things to say about Josh. He is excellent. Josh patiently walked me through what could be considered an intimidating and a complicated process in a seller’s market for first-time homebuyers. Because of Josh, I was able to fully understand each step of the way, which allowed me to trust him in making strong offers on my behalf. He was very quick to respond to all of my questions, kept me in the loop frequently, and constantly put his best foot forward. We took 4 days to view houses. During this time, he observed my preferences with the first ones we viewed. Then he found me a home that I fell in love with the first second I walked through the door.
