Josh was extremely helpful to us buying our house in Tigard. We moved from Mesa AZ so it was challenging to view houses in person and Josh was invaluable. He made numerous videos of the things the real estate listings did not reveal. He gave us wonderful support contracting for the house, especially getting it after the first buyers fell through.

Where he especially shined was in all the after-sale items by helping us with: inspection, closing, coordinating repairs, interfacing with the buyer, and transitioning him out and us in. He even went above and beyond to remove the buyer's leftover junk. We highly recommend him!

I’d highly recommend Josh as your real estate broker. We’ve worked together multiple times and he’s always listened closely to my needs, showed me properties within my framework, and to that end has never wasted my time. He’s been detail oriented through the paperwork process, and most importantly he’s negotiated very well on my behalf as both a buyer and a seller
