About Josh

Josh brings a variety of skills and life experiences to the closing table. Josh began his real estate career in Maui, where he helped to start a real estate brokerage from the ground up, eventually growing the company to the top 3 brokerages in Hawaii. Having a taste of real estate in Maui gave Josh the confirmation that real estate was a career he wanted to pursue for life. Surprisingly enough, even tropical beaches and the best surfing couldn't keep Josh away from his true home, so he returned to New England in 2017.

Since then, Josh has been licensed as a full time Realtor® with Red Post Realty, eventually growing into the role as our Principal Broker in 2019. Josh has overseen hundreds of transactions in his time as our broker, and has impressed us even further by finishing last year in the Seacoast's Top 100 Realtors® for yearly sales.
