Josh Picker was born and raised in New York City where he grew up in the heart of Manhattan and brings that same hustle and energy towards his Real Estate career in Los Angeles.

Josh has been an agent at Douglas Elliman Real Estate in Beverly Hills since the beginning and joined the New Development team in 2015 where he led the research and analysis for many of LA’s hottest luxury hotel & condominium residences including The West Hollywood Edition, The Pendry Residences and Metropolis in DTLA. In 2017, Josh made the leap towards becoming an agent on his own with Douglas Elliman with his eyes set on one goal: to provide the best service and communication to his clients. In 2020, Josh joined The Altman Brothers spearheading the Westside Estates Division, focusing on the Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Venice and surrounding Westside neighborhoods. Josh has an avid appreciation for Mid-Century homes and minimalistic design. He has found himself representing a slew of architecturally significant homes including the Schneidman Residence which he sold in the Summer of 2020. Since joining The Altman Brothers team, Josh has accumulated over $60,000,000 in personal sales.

When not showing homes, making calls or connecting with fellow agents, Josh can be found at the Paddle Tennis courts in Venice, enjoying hikes in the Palisades or eating at top restaurants throughout town.
