We heard about Josh through a friend and decided that was the best route to take in deciding who our realtor was going to be. We couldn’t be happier with choosing Josh! He was very patient in answering all our questions, helping us understand the process, and calming our fears/nerves about buying our first home. He was always very professional, quick to respond back to us and honest about what kind of expectations we should have. We felt like Josh was genuinely interested in our needs and wanted to help us find the perfect fit. We ended up finding a condo that we absolutely love and are so thankful to Josh for coming alongside us on our journey. Josh also has a great partner in his wife Carli! When we were scheduling a time to see the condo we ended up purchasing it was really important that we got in to see it early the day showings started. Josh wasn’t available at that time but his wonderful wife was available and offered to meet us and show us the condo. No need to waste your time with any other realtor!! Josh is the BEST!! We relocated here from Texas and did not know anyone. After going though 5+ realtors, we met Josh while giving up on the house hunt and trying to rent one. Realtors in Colorado have been spoiled for years by the high demand/pricing. If you don't want to put a contract on a house after looking at 1, maybe 2, then they blow you off and move on because there is so many other people waiting in line to purchase a home, most with cash. I can't tell you how many homes we looked at with Josh!! Buying a home in such a volatile market was a big deal for us, especially given the fact we were going to have to spend nearly twice as much as what we had in Texas. It was important to Josh that we were comfortable and satisfied with our new home. Josh was always in contact with us throughout the entire search and buying process. Even after losing out to several cash buyers during our search (we were financing) Josh continued to move forward and found us a home that was well worth the wait!! He first showed us houses in Longmont and then we expanded our search to Frederick and then to Loveland just to ultimately decide we really did want to be in Longmont. He was so understanding through out our whole process and continues to be. He is also extremely knowledgable and brilliant. Every question we have had he has been able to explain in a way that was easy for me to understand. Josh being a great father and a family man shows through his caring and patient approach he has with us. He wants the best for us and truly wants us to be happy with our decision. We love that we have never felt pressured by him, and only encouragement to do whats feels right. He has a grace about him that is calming through a pretty stressful process.
