Our team is one of the fastest growing real estate teams because our team leader, Rob Ellerman, never stops looking for new and innovative ways to serve our clients, builders and his own real estate team of agents. The team started with 1 full time office manager and 3 other real estate agents and has now grown to 90+ veteran Realtors, a full-time staff with a Marketing department including a Graphic Designer and Marketing assistant. Day to day details and paperwork is handled by the Office Manager. All leads and calls are handled in house by our Lead Coordinator, this allows us to make sure we spending our marketing dollars in the right place to market you home. We also have a full time Trainer that handles all of the recruiting and training of all of the real estate agents on our team.
