Josh is amazing! He was patient with me through the whole home buying process. He was always quick to answer my calls and texts and offered great advice. If you are a first time home buyer like myself Josh Draper is your one stop shop for everything. I met him by chance through Zillow and gave him a chance, because he was friendly, easy to talk to, relatable, and entirely familiar with the home buying process. A pleasant change from other realtors that either sound like a used car salesman, or the ones who act impersonal and impatient. Josh acted as a guide and as a friend, and he made this process as stress free as it can possibly be. He truly went above and beyond by providing me recommendations for mortgage brokers, home insurance agents, home inspectors, and even interstate moving companies. Trust me when I say this. I recommend going with ALL his recommendations! He is truly a one stop shop, and the quality of all his recommendations exceeded all my expectations. Rest assured that with this realtor you will be in good hands.
