Josh is a dear friend of mine. He was very supportive and patient throughout the process. He provided us with all the tools to help through. Being first home buyers, he explained each and every step in detail and, was also in sync with us at all times in terms of our preferences. He was open and honest and guided us to always think about the right things. We had a couple of hiccups through the trail (offer and appraisal related), but he was very informative and cooperative.
