Prior to real estate, he worked for Gap Corporate Inc. in San Francisco, overseeing product development & design, marketing, merchandising, planning & distribution. As well as working on the trading floor at Tucker Anthony Investments, a mergers and acquisitions firm in Boston.

Josh graduated, Magna Cum Laude from Northeastern University, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration: a dual-degree in Entrepreneurship & Marketing and a minor in Sociology. He has always had a passion for design, which he attributes to working in construction development, beginning in childhood with his family on the East Coast.
