With over 20 years of experience and over 1,000 closed transactions totaling over $1 billion spanning his career as a broker and developer, Josh is a highly motivated and highly experienced real estate broker and salesperson — his story represents the American Dream.

At the age of ten, Josh moved to New York with his family from Israel, where he grew up in Brooklyn and Queens. Even at an early age, Josh was an entrepreneur at heart with an interest in real estate. The excitement of helping people with the biggest purchase of their life and having the flexibility to set his own schedule inspired Josh. When he was twenty, he started his first real estate sales job, working for a developer in Brooklyn while studying engineering and architecture at Queens College.

His studies would prove invaluable as his real estate career progressed. Four years later, Josh ventured out and opened his own real estate brokerage and investment company, focused on purchasing, renovating, selling, and renting residential properties.

It is this experience that sets Josh apart. Joshua leads with his values, he strives for excellence, believes it is important to remain ethical, and feels a sense of responsibility while working with each of his clients. The excitement he brings to each step of the real estate process, along with his proven track record, has been praised by his many clients — both first-time homebuyers and developers looking to invest in real estate. Josh takes pride in directing the whole transaction, from looking for the perfect property to signing the papers at the closing table. He calls it his “Full Circle” service. Josh is a great listener and a skilled negotiator working on behalf of his clients, ensuring each client’s needs are not only met, but exceeded.

In addition to his client-focused and -driven approach to real estate, Josh brings another vital feature to his business. He knows the market from an investor’s perspective because he has bought, rehabbed, and resold dozens of properties. He has, and maintains, a vast referral network of contractors, lenders, attorneys, architects, and other valuable resources for clients looking to customize properties. Josh loves the design process, and he enjoys consulting clients around layouts and finishes.

Josh is the father of two teens. When he is not working, he loves spending time with them. They are residents of Long Island and enjoy discovering new experiences, restaurants, and traveling together. Josh also enjoys playing basketball, poker, biking, and trying out new restaurants.
