A native Californian, Josh is a second-generation real estate professional with industry roots dating back to 1982 and experience in construction, finance, accounting, and mortgages. After many years living in Washington State and abroad, Josh and his wife, Lisa, chose the Ladera Ranch neighborhood of Orange County to call home. Not only is Ladera Ranch clean and well-planned, but the community values education, which is important to Lisa as a public-school teacher. The Zollinger’s are excited to raise their family in Orange County, teaching their five children what it means to be active members of the community through numerous volunteer organizations with the Boy and Girl Scouts of America, their local church, and countless community events.
