Josseph Barkett

Joe is a veteran Vineyard real estate agent who brings 25 years of experience with him to Point B | Compass. While he’s been involved in many aspects of the business, Joe is perhaps most well-known for his active involvement in the building, permitting, and construction of new homes. That valuable background and experience is the knowledge and insight that Joe brings to all his clients – whether sellers or buyers. It is so nice to see his clients, that he now considers friends when he is out and about. He feels very lucky to be living in such a spectacular place and involved in a profession that he thoroughly enjoys. When he’s not out with clients, you’re likely to find him at the beach. He loves body surfing, boating, biking and hiking the trails of Martha’s Vineyard. Joe lives in Edgartown.
