About Joyce

I grew up in South Dakota. I am an identical twin. Being an identical twin gave me the competitive edge along with the ability to share and negotiate. These qualities have been of great service to her in the real estate field.

Working in Marketing for twelve years, I decided to make a career change and enter the field of Real Estate, beginning her career in 1995.

I have served the Southland Regional Association of Realtors and California Association of Realtors. My positions have included serving on the Housing Committee, Governmental Affairs, Events and Community Relations and CAR Director. I am a Charter Member of the Women’s Council of Realtors and was their President in 1999. I was voted by her peers as the Realtor Associate of the Year by the Southland Regional Association of Realtors in 2000 and named one of the 25 Best in Residential Real Estate by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal. As a top producer, I was awarded the President's Elite Award by Rodeo Realty.
