Joyce Rowe has been a licensed Real estate agent for fourteen years specializing in residential homes, and is a member of the Greater Tampa Association of Reality, the National Association of Realtors and the Professional Realtors Association. She takes great pride and works tirelessly to understand the needs and desires of her clients, in order to find the best value available and perfect match for her clients' new home. Being successful in this business takes hard work and Joyce will not rest until her client has found that part of the American dream, they can call their own. Joyce has always earned the respect of her clients, as well as several awards in her career including the Humanitarian Honor. She is also an avid supporter and advocate for Habitat for Humanity and is always looking to give back to her community. Since 2005 her real estate company has given over $1.5 million in building 10 homes for Habitats for Humanity.
