About Juan

(Mr. Juan Gonzalez)-Born and raised in Laredo, TX attended Dr. Leo Cigarroa High and Texas A&M International University where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics and a Master’s Degree in International Finance. After working over 10+ years in a corporate setting he decided to become a business owner. He worked as a logistics and transportation broker for most of his professional career. Being an avid DIY guy and knowing the great satisfaction of helping others is what led him to decided real estate was something he wanted to pursue. We became licensed since September 2018 and he helped dozens of people achieve their real estate goals and look forward to assisting many more in the years to come. Within his first four years in real estate, he obtained the GRI, ABR, SFR and PSA realtor endorsements, became a broker associate by the end of 2022 as well as started his own real estate team Nash Realty. His future goals during the next years include getting the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) commercial real estate certification, continue growing his team and helping as many clients as possible.

Prior to affiliating with Weichert, Realtors® this 2023, Mr. Gonzalez had a small team Nash Realty Group as a part the Keller Williams serving Laredo, Webb County and the surrounding areas real estate community for the past 5 years. His team concentrated on mostly residential, leases, land and some commercial.

In late 2022 Mr. Gonzalez. passed his Texas Real Estate Brokers exam and soon obtained his broker’s license continuing to work as a broker associate under his current broker. It was in late 2022 that his dream of owning his own firm started to actualize. Going back and forth with a few different brands, it was Weichert’s family feel, strong sense of faith and yellow that made him know this the place to be. Effective April 2023 he was awarded the Laredo, TX market and as of May has started doing business as Weichert Realtors-Nash & Associates.

Nash & Associates will continue to specialize in residential & commercial properties and plans to expand into property management as well as investments in the near future.
