Juan Parlade

Juan Parlade is a bilingual Cuban American Real Estate Sales Associate who specializes in real estate investments and luxury real estate. Born and raised in South Florida, he went to school at La Salle Immaculata in Coconut grove and later to Miami Dade and Florida International University. He started his career in sales in Telemarketing back in 2004 where he quickly grew to manage the Miami Location based on his outstanding sales record and leadership. From there he transitioned to real estate leveraging his exceptional ability for value-based selling and marketing. Juan has seen tremendous success in analyzing and finding investment properties to help his clients meet their business/investment goals. A true family man, he enjoys spending time with his wife, working out and meeting new people.
