Juan Sotolongo

Juan advises owners of Commercial & Residential properties in South Florida to strategically position their assets based on their goals, risk tolerance, and investment timeline.

He comes from a property management background with four years of experience in helping his clients improve the value of their properties by assisting in renovations and implementing other strategies to increase rents. After property management, he transitioned into Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales and joined Marcus & Millichap, where he advised owners on their dispositions and acquisitions.

Juan strongly believes his goals must be aligned with the property owner’s goals, which has helped him build relationships with property owners all over South Florida. He is the latest addition to the J+ Group and is ready to bring all his previous experience to his new team and to Compass.
