I have known Juan for many years as a family friend. He helped us out as first time buyers. Throughout the transaction he was there to cater to our needs. He was also very informative with weekly updates when we were in contract. It took us some time to find the perfect home for us so we appreciate his patience. Would I recommend Juan to a family or friend? Of course!

Don't know where to start with Juan I have been so pleased since day one. Sunday morning we spoke on the phone and before noon he had a list of homes to see with our expectations. As a first home buyer I wasn't sure what to expect and Juan made it easy and explained every process along he way. What impressed me about Juan was how fast he was to communicate me with new information at any time to of the day. I've already recommended Juan to my a friend and told him how available he is to his clients and takes the time communicate with you. Overall Juan made every step easy and now I own my own home and I'm very thankful.

Juan was fast in letting us know what houses were being put on sale and had a vast knowledge when it came to processing documents. He was able to let us know right away what was out there and what we needed to do if we wanted the house. Something very important that I just remembered was that he always made time according to our schedule to go take a look at houses that caught our eye. We are glad we were able to work with him and that he could help us find our new home, which was at a great price and just what we wanted.
