Jude Soldati

Jude Soldati is a driven and passionate real estate professional with an exciting background and explosive start to his career. Jude focuses on his career in commercial real estate, with a specialization in multifamily apartments. In his first two years of being a broker, Jude closed over $9.5MM in dollar volume while navigating the slowest real estate market of the past three decades. Jude began his investing career at age 22 when he bought his first property which he successfully operates as a mid-term rental.

While attending university, Jude discovered the world of real estate and quickly developed a keen interest. Jude finds great enjoyment in negotiating and structuring real estate deals and has found these to be areas he excels in.

Born in Melrose, Massachusetts, Jude lived there for five years before moving to London, England for two years. After his time in London, he moved to Portland, Oregon where he grew up. Jude then attended the University of Oregon, where he played a key role in reestablishing the 100+ year old Beta Rho chapter of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity. As one of the first 10 founding fathers, Jude spent three years on the executive team and led the chapter to achieve number one academic honors and the prestigious University of Oregon Fraternity of the Year Award.

Now residing in Portland Jude enjoys socializing, training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, weight lifting, reading, and being outdoors.
