Judi Robinson understands the stress and complexity of moving, renting, selling and purchasing homes. For over 22 years of faithful military service, she served in numerous locations around the United States and the world. She has purchased, rented and sold several homes as owner and landlord. She financed with conventional, FHA and VA approved loans; and brings that knowledge and experience to real estate transactions along with award winning sales each year since her induction into Real Estate. Judi is originally from the Midwest; however, her appreciation of Augusta and the surrounding area made it an ideal location for her first retirement. Judi & her team were excellent to work with on the process of selling my home. All was completed in a timely manner, with communication throughout the whole process. Everything flowed smoothly and overall very quickly. I actually purchased the home with her as my buyer representation in 2015 and she was an excellent advocate for me then, she did the same now from the selling perspective!

Judi made the process of buying a home a breeze! We are so thankful to have found her as her guidance throughout the process was crucial to getting the home we wanted. We were on a limited time frame and buying in Georgia while living out of state. She worked with us on the times and made sure we saw ALL of the houses that we wanted in Georgia and even some in South Carolina. Her efforts to get our house closed in the timeframe we wanted were exceptional as well. She made sure to ask for all of the items we didn't even think of i.e. blinds and refrigerator. Even after closing, she has kept in contact to make sure our all of our needs with the home were met and we were fully satisfied with our purchase (to include getting in contact with someone to mow the lawn). If you are in the market for a real estate agent, look no further than Judi! Thank you Judi for helping us through this process and making it stress free!
