About Judy

I have enjoyed being a realtor here in Spokane since 1992 and have witnessed a lot of changes in our region over the years. I have seen insanely hot markets and I've seen scarily bad markets over the past 24 years. As everyone knows, our market suffered a huge downturn during the recession and that was definitely a time that tested my resolve to stay in this business. I have to say though that I found those hard times to be more of a challenge than a determent. It just made me work that much harder to stay in the business that I love. The good news is, our market is picking up rapidly and we now find ourselves in a very strong (normal) market and the future looks very bright. I pride myself in having built a good solid relationship with my clients over the years which is what has basically kept me afloat in the hard times so here is a big "THANK YOU" to my wonderful, loyal "friends". I work very hard and my clients appreciate that. I also believe that knowledge is of paramount importance but I also feel very strongly that honesty ranks very high in this business, too. Over 90% of my business comes from referrals and to me, that means success. I plan on selling real estate for many years to come and that happens when you build your business on a good solid foundation.

When starting our home search last March I was lucky to respond to a listing that Judy was attached to. She very quickly, professionally answered our inquiry and by the end of April we had closed on a home purchase using her as our agent. She was thorough, timely, professional, helpful, and very patient. We looked at no less than 30 listings and through it all she was flawless. I will ALWAYS go to her first for our future Spokane area real estate needs and highly recommend her.

I have know Judy for over 20+ years. We are on our 3 house with Judy, selling ours and helping use buy another place. If you need an agent that will work for you and your needs there is no other person I would have.. You can not go wrong with having Judy on your side for selling your home or helping you buy your first home or your 10th home. Once you have Judy as your agent you will tell all your friends to use her because she will bend over backward to help you pick the home that will be perfect for you. When the deals are done she will be your friend for life. Dependable, honest, personable, reliable. That is what you want for in an agent and in a friend so you can not go wrong... Judy Flemmer responded to an on-line request about a house I was looking at as I attempted to move from Wyoming to the Spokane area. I had done a little work with another area realtor but did not care for him or his service. When I met with Judy she was professional, knowledgeable, fun and funny. I knew that I had found someone I would enjoy working with. Judy more than met my expectations. She was almost always immediately available and always quick to respond to a phone call or email. She was able to hone in on the type of property and location we wanted and did extra work looking for properties we might be interested in. I would absolutely recommend Judy to a friend. She is patient, kind knowledgeable and willing to put in lots of extra time (even late into the evening when you are bidding on a home). She will work hard for you and get results.
