Judy spent a year-and-a-half showing me homes until we found just the right fit. Most showings were set up very quickly and I was able to look at every house I was interested in with no issues. Judy was amazing to work with for both selling and buying my new home!

Judy staged my former house before putting it on the market. She made it look amazing, focusing on all the qualities of the home. She did a great job on explaining the offers that came in on the house. We sat down discussed each offer, discussing the plus and minuses of each. We accepted an offer in under 12 hours at asking price!

Then onto the purchase of the new home.

A little more challenging because the market is moving so fast and was fluctuating what was available. But she reassured me it changes everyday, so patience paid off (Something I am not good with). We found this amazing home in Hudson, she structured the offer to make me very competitive against all the other offers that we knew were going to come in on the house. So having her knowledge of the market and how to structure the offer paid off.

Because, I am writing this review in my new house!
