We were not experienced sellers as we had been in our home for 22 years. A year or two prior to our sale we followed a listing in our neighborhood that was presented very well and wrote the agent's name down. Well that agent was Judy and from the first day we met she was very professional and detailed oriented. She mentioned being a team and that was the way we worked through the process. Being a first time home buyer Judy was so patient with our indecisive decisions. We told her what we were looking for and she found it. Judy has done many real estate transactions for us over the years - buying and selling. The most recent transaction closed in February 2021. Judy found us a great house to purchase and then sold the rehabbed property in record time and price. The entire transaction, from purchasing the house to selling the house, was done so efficiently. Judy is very responsive to our needs. She knows how to price a property to get us the best deal and price. She is excellent at helping us make decisions on what to upgrade in the property and what to leave as is. Her listing of the property was done very professionally - from the pictures, virtual staging, and actual staging of the house. Highly recommend!

I have bought and sold many houses and Judy was one of the best I have worked with while doing so. She sold our house right in the heat of covid. The banks were really slow during that time but she stayed involved and kept us informed daily and we got it all done. She also helped us buy a new house at the same time and handle all of it like a pro. I would definitely recommend her for either one.
