Julia Allos

Real estate has always been Julia’s true passion which is what led her to obtain a degree in Real Estate Investment and Development from Michigan State University’s, Eli Broad College of Business.

After many successful years in management, Julia decided what was best for her was to get into business for herself. Therefore she began a new and illustrious career as a Realtor in Los Angeles. One of Julia’s favorite parts of real estate is preparing a home for sale. The repair and staging process fills her with joy as she oversees the home’s transformation. She also enjoys the hunt for her buyers. She doesn’t see it as simply finding her clients a home, but educating them on the architectural significance and integrity that make it a piece of art.

Julia attributes most of her successes in real estate to having clear communication. Whether it be with colleagues in the industry or her clients. She understands one of the most important characteristics to everyone in a transaction is complete attention to detail. In consultations with her clients she is known for her honesty and candidness. Although as time proceeds through the transaction process her strong work-ethic is definitely what takes center stage.
