She has her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from the University of Florida and her Masters in Elementary Education from Florida. Julia taught first grade for 4 years prior to getting her real estate license. Julia is married to her husband, Wickie, for over 30 years and they have two adult daughters. Julia’s parents also worked as real estate agents and investors while she was growing up. In 2007, they supported her career change from education to real estate, despite indications of a challenging market ahead. Over her decade-long career, Julia has partnered with hundreds of families and individuals to help them reach their real estate goals.
