Julia Cooper is outstanding. Most recently she listed and then swiftly sold our parents' condominium - at full price. She is very skilled, seasoned and professional. She knows what she's doing. For example, within just a few days of signing the listing agreement Julia arranged for a highly flattering video of the property and photographs to be posted with the listing. It was extremely well done. We had a signed contract within 10-14 days. Then, she capably handled every detail/issue that came up, all the way through closing. She's top-notch, and we recommend her without reservation.

I just finished working with Julia and I have to say, in the 45 years I've been involved in real estate, selling and buying either homes for my family or my parents, she's the best real estate agent I've ever had. She was above and beyond in every category. I live across the country and had to sell my parents home and she handled everything from helping me get multiple quotes to fix things in the home, to selling the items in the home, to finding the best buyer. She answered all my questions, via text, email or phone calls immediately and was steadfast in finding a buyer. I simply could not recommend her more.

Thanks s bunch to my realtor, Julia Cooper! My condo took a long time to sell. She was very positive, supportive and persistent hosting 8 open houses. Once an offer was received, she went over and above for me to close remotely. She took care of a plumbing inspection, loaned me her cleaning lady when mine was exposed to Covid. It has been a real pleasure working with Julia Cooper as a home buyer. Her knowledge of the real estate market in the Philadelphia suburbs is exceptional. I work in center city Philadelphia; it was a real struggle trying to balance budget, space and commute. My husband insisted on a move-in ready split level house that require minimal work with enough yard space for our two dogs.
