She has a broad knowledge of all aspects of real estate. She started her real estate career 14 years ago working in the commercial sector as a real estate accountant for a publicly traded real estate investment trust. From there she went into property management where she was responsible for the management of various retail centers. She then successfully transitioned into residential real estate sales bringing with her a broad spectrum of industry experience.

What she enjoys most about being a real estate agent is the amazing people she meets and the lifelong relationships she builds! Julia takes pride in always making herself available to her clients and ensuring the buying and selling process goes as smoothly as possible. She is creative and resourceful and find ways to get even the most challenging deals done. She is also fluent in Russian.
