Julia Wixted

Julia Wixted is a passionate Realtor® serving Santa Clara County, California. Julia graduated with a degree in finance from San Jose State University in 2012. Before entering the real estate industry in 2016, Julia worked as a banker, specializing in lending, residential underwriting, and loan processing. She now utilizes her past experience with home financing, buying, and selling to help her clients find the perfect home to fit their needs and to make the home buying process as seamless as possible. Her core focus is to be a resource her clients can trust and lean on throughout the entire home buying process. She loves working with first-time homebuyers but also has experience working with more experienced buyers and sellers.

Julia has lived in Santa Clara County almost her whole life, so she’s very familiar with the area. Her family settled there after her father left the U.S. Navy when she was younger. She is passionate about contributing to the communities she serves through volunteer work and donation and serves as the vice president of the Baldwin Elementary Home and School Club. Julia loves watching her family grow and creating memories with them. She is driven by her desires to contribute positively to her community and to build a legacy for her family. In her free time, Julia likes to explore local hidden gems and participate in other outdoor activities. She also loves taking in the sunshine by gardening with her family.
