Julian Bloch specializes in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties across the Southern California region mostly focused on Los Angeles County. His laser focus and entrepreneurship led him to tap into product types that include multifamily, student housing and hospitality.

His general knowledge of investing in real estate, coupled with his work ethic make him a maverick of real estate brokerage achieving $50 MM in sales personally and over $100 MM of sales for Kingside Investment Group.
Julian started his career at Keller Williams Commercial and never left. Since his beginning as a Junior agent, he has achieved great success with several institutional sales or listings.

In his first year of working with the company he earned an award for most outstanding first year agent. Since then, he has consistently been ranked amongst the top earners in the Downtown LA office.
