Julie Baldino

Julie Baldino is a seasoned veteran of the Pacific Northwest real estate industry, and has consistently been in the top 10% in sales for over a decade in 2 states. In order to accommodate a rapidly expanding business portfolio, Julie opened the brokerage, Front Door Realty in 2012. Her specialties include developing progressive and innovative marketing techniques, top notch negotiation skills, high level risk management, as well as liquidating assets for government entities and financial institutions.

Front Door Realty is locally owned and operated. The company received special recognition from the federal government as a "Certified Woman Owned Small Business" and a "Certified Woman's Business Enterprise." Julie is also a member of the Clark County Association of Realtors Grievance Committee, who help maintain and uphold high standards for local real estate brokers.

When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters - hiking, cooking, boating, going to movies, traveling, and exploring the beautiful scenery the Pacific Northwest offers. Besides being real estate broker and family time, Julie is passionate about animal related charities and loves hanging out at home with her pets.
