Julie Bird

Julie Bird has lived in Boise since 1983, with the exception of 6 years, that she lived in Utah. Her husband and she have raised four sons and one daughter, all married and either living in Boise, or away at school. They are the proud grandparents of 8 ½ beautiful grandchildren. She does not have to tell you how special that is, you are sure. After raising her family, about 8 years ago, she decided it was time to do something she had always wanted to do – become a real estate agent. She had wanted to become one ever since their move to Utah. They had an agent that made a tremendous difference in their whole experience, and she could tell she really cared about them. Julie made a scary transition much better for them. She decided she wanted to be a real estate agent just like her; one who can make a difference in people’s lives and help them with these sometimes-stressful transitions. After obtaining her license, she completed a GRI course, designed to take the information you learn as an agent and build upon it and increase your “toolbox.” She also worked for designations at a “Short Sale/Foreclosure Specialist,” “Accredited Buyer Representative,” and “Certified Residential Specialist.” Julie feels that these designations have helped her perform far above the average in her profession.
