Full disclosure Julie is my Step-Mom, but that didn't change one little thing. From my friends that she's helped to the referrals that work with her. They've all had great things to say including my family. We had a unique situation and in hindsight, probably not the best decision, but it all worked out for the best. My wife is pregnant and due in November. We felt like our house was too small for our growing family. Therefore decided to move. Julie was unfamiliar with the side of town that we were moving, but it didn't stop her from working her butt off! She helped from top to bottom. She and her connections were able to get our house in the best looking shape for the best possible selling price. Our house was an instant hit on the market. Multiple offers and lots of activity. Julie has been in real estate long enough to know exactly how to make things for a successful posting. In fact we wouldn't have been able to buy the house we did if it weren't for her gallant effort. Julie, my wife and I thank you so much for how hard you worked and how you were able to get us in our house in time before baby! Julie was a valuable resource in our home purchase we could not have completed this without her. After being lied to by our builders mortgage lender she contacted one of her extensive resources and we were able to use another mortgage provider who was able to get us from signing to closing in 14 days. She also went to bat for us with the builder to get additional concessions that originally promised when we switched lenders. She was there every step of the way from initial contact to closing.
